Mizuiro Workshop

Mizuiro Workshop, founded in 2013 along Tainan's river canal, is committed to promoting contemporary Taiwanese art, experimental theater, and the rich cultural heritage of Tainan. From 2015 to 2017, we independently organized the Boulevard Art Festival Tainan, revitalizing Tainan's art scene and fostering opportunities for artistic innovation and growth.

Our mission has evolved with time, becoming ever more focused on fostering long-term collaborations with artists and curators, as well as promoting, collecting, and researching contemporary art on both a local and global scale. Since 2019, we introduced the Mizuiro International Residency Program, welcoming artists from around the world to immerse themselves in creative projects at our gallery space. This residency provides a unique platform for cultural exchange, allowing artists to explore new perspectives while deeply connecting with Taiwan’s and Tainan’s cultural landscape.

Through our programs, we strive to create new dialogues in the arts, where diverse cultural encounters spark fresh creative expressions. Mizuiro Workshop aims to be a dynamic bridge, bringing the richness of Taiwanese art to the global stage and fostering meaningful exchanges within the international art community.
