DAI Bih-In graduated from the National Academy of Arts, majoring in Fine Arts, and then went to Spain for further study. He has participated in art fairs such as Spain's ARCO and Switzerland's Art Basel. Using paper as his creative medium, he studies its properties such as tensile strength, weight, thickness, and softness through the paper-making process. To highlight the material's characteristics and free the material from fixed forms, he uses objects from her surroundings, such as coat hangers, leaves, and nets, and prints them on handmade paper, creating a unique texture and surface. This approach integrates paper not only as a carrier of the medium but also as an integral part of the creation. By incorporating text, numbers, symbols, color, and brushstrokes on the canvas, he expresses a distinctive abstract artistic language. Apollo Art Gallery held his first solo exhibition in 1996 and has since collaborated on several group and solo exhibitions, participating in international art fairs in Taipei, Tainan, and Cologne.
