Yoshiyuki Ooe

Born in 1980 in Osaka prefecture and currently lives there.  Graduated from Seian College of Art and Design.  He creates paintings and sculptures.  He is creating his works under the theme of changes in meaning or recognition of the image when the point of view is changed.  He has been working on artwork that has an innocent impression of a boy with gym clothes on and elements of some kinds of nihilism and pathos at the same time.  He also has been actively exhibiting his works overseas.
