Jamsan is an artist who transcends both the commercial and fine art worlds, actively engaging in a wide range of artistic endeavors. As one of Korea's top concept artists, he has been presenting outstanding works in the fields of advertising and art since 2004. His notable projects include concept art for Seo Taiji's Sogyeokdong album, Nike's Park Ji-sung CF, Samsung Galaxy Note 2, as well as being selected as a representative Korean artist, and being one of the 15 selected Korean artists for the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics. In 2020, he contributed concept art for the tvN drama It's Okay to Not Be Okay.
Currently, Jamsan is well-loved for his fine art series Red Chair and Rose from the Star. He continues to present new series of works, establishing a unique genre known as “Surrealist Fantasy Painting.”
