Creative Concept

“The Memory of Travel"

“Pick up the phone, pick up your pen and paper, to record the beautiful moments of the present!”

Broadly speaking, “travel" ranges from simple outings and hikes to study tours around the world. It is a behavior that everyone will do. It is constantly going on in our lives. If we look at it from a broader perspective, It was also an exciting trip.Therefore, “Memory in Travel" or “Travel in Memory" can be recorded and shared in paintings, novels or other forms to present personal uniqueness and richness.

The creation of “Memory of Travel" is mainly based on my own past travel experi-ence, some memories collected and current scenes and objects. In the painting, numerous dots of different sizes and shades are used to depict mountain-shaped trees, and mineral pigments are used to combine natural landscapes and spatial shapes to express current feelings and the organization of memories and thoughts. The work is presented in black, gray and white to convey that each pic-ture has its own color, allowing viewers to add their own life stories.
