Anja Slapničar have a Masters degree in Geodesy, her major was Cartography, but she profession now is being a ceramic artist. Anja degree gave me tools to search for clay. Anja navigation skills are great, she can read maps expertly and she use this as the foundation to search for clays. Anja ancestors were millers and tanners and the feel for the material is built deeply into her DNA.
