The works in this series are inspired by the three monkeys from Japan.
They "do not see, do not listen, do not speak" but use "feeling" to survive.
The works contain the tranquility and peace achieved by feeling things with one's heart.
They are also symbols of humanity, with monkeys and Buddha forming the visual basis of the work.
We humans originate from monkeys and eventually transform into Buddhas.
For eyes and nose, "u+u=W" + "8 (eight)" = 〈Weight〉.
meaning their importance to survival. The shapes of the eyes, nose, and mouth are "◯△□" conceived from Zen thoughts.
◯ represents truth, △ represents the form of sitting meditation, and □ represents the imprisoned mind.
